Do not attend the club facilities if you:

• Have a fever, coughing, sore throat, or shortness of breath
• Have been in close contact with a person with a confirmed /suspected case of Covid-19
• Have travelled overseas in the last 14 days
• Have been in contact with someone who has returned from overseas in the last 14 days

This data will be held by Lake Keepit Sailing Club for up to 28 days then securely disposed of. By completing the registration you agree for this information to be shared with NSW Health or any local health board for the purposes of Contract Tracing only.
